INGREDIENTS
- 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin
- 15ml of dry sherry
- A barspoon of Umami Syrup
- 3 dashes of celery bitters
- Dehydrated Mushroom Garnish
METHOD
- STEP 1 Simply pour 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin into a mixing glass.
- STEP 2 Add 15ml of dry sherry and a barspoon of Umami syrup.
- STEP 3 Finish with 3 dashes of celery bitters.
- STEP 4 Stir with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- STEP 5 Garnish with dehydrated mushroom to take your martini to the next leve
