  • 30ml Hebridean Gin
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
  • Dried Orange Slice

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour the Hebridean Gin into a mixing glass.
  • STEP 2 Add the sweet vermouth and Campari.
  • STEP 3 Place ice in the mixing glass and stir well.
  • STEP 4 Pour over ice into a lowball glass.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with the dried orange slice.
