Tobermory Snapper

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin
  • 125ml of Smoked Tomato Juice
  • 10ml of Lemon Juice
  • 300ml of Snapper Mix
  • Olive, Cucumber and Celery Garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin into a cocktail shake
  • STEP 2 Add 125ml of smoke tomato juice and 10ml of lemon juice.
  • STEP 3 Top it off with 30ml of snapper mix.
  • STEP 4 Roll the shaker in a circular motion... Don't shake.
  • STEP 5 Pour the mix over ice.
  • STEP 6 Garnish with olives, cucumber and celery.
