INGREDIENTS
- 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin
- 125ml of Smoked Tomato Juice
- 10ml of Lemon Juice
- 300ml of Snapper Mix
- Olive, Cucumber and Celery Garnish
METHOD
- STEP 1 Pour 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin into a cocktail shake
- STEP 2 Add 125ml of smoke tomato juice and 10ml of lemon juice.
- STEP 3 Top it off with 30ml of snapper mix.
- STEP 4 Roll the shaker in a circular motion... Don't shake.
- STEP 5 Pour the mix over ice.
- STEP 6 Garnish with olives, cucumber and celery.
