- 50ml of Tobermory Mountain Gin
- 15ml of Honey Syrup
- 25ml of Lemon Juice
- 2 Slices of Jalapeno
METHOD
- STEP 1 Pour 50ml of Tobermory Mountain Gin into a cocktail shaker.
- STEP 2 Add 15ml of honey syrup and 25ml of lemon juice.
- STEP 3 Place one of the jalapeno slices in the shaker.
- STEP 4 Add ice and shake well.
- STEP 5 Strain the mix into a chilled glass.
- STEP 6 Garnish with a jalapeno slice for an extra kick of spice.
