Distilled in 2008, this expression was matured in traditional oak casks before a year long finish in Amarone Wine Casks. Limited to 2,753 bottles and exclusively available at Tobermory Distillery.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Winter fire smoke, roasted nuts, creamy crème brulee and a subtle hint of cinnamon.

PALATE

Sweet vanilla custard and honey balanced with sharp tannins and a distinct saline note intertwined with a peppery smoke.

FINISH

Light smoky finish with a hint of clove.
