Distilled on the 12th of October 2012 and resting exclusively in Bourbon Cask No. 598, this whisky absorbed gentle oak, bright orchard notes and a salted sweetness while retaining the smouldering peat at its core. The patience of full-term maturation brings harmony between sweetness, smoke and coastal influence.
