  • 40ml of Tobermory Hebridean Gin
  • 40ml of White Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • Orange Zest Garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour 40ml of Tobermory Hebridean Gin into a mixing glass.
  • STEP 2 Add 40ml of White Vermouth and 3 dashes of orange bitters.
  • STEP 3 Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well.
  • STEP 4 Pour the cocktail mix into a chilled martini glass.
