Tobermory Snapper
Soak up the summer season with our sweet and sour snapper.
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin
- 125ml of Smoked Tomato Juice
- 10ml of Lemon Juice
- 300ml of Snapper Mix
- Olive, Cucumber and Celery Garnish
Method:
- Pour 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 125ml of smoke tomato juice and 10ml of lemon juice.
- Top it off with 30ml of snapper mix.
- Roll the shaker in a circular motion... Don't shake.
- Pour the mix over ice.
- Garnish with olives, cucumber and celery.
