Tobermory Snapper

Soak up the summer season with our sweet and sour snapper.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin
  • 125ml of Smoked Tomato Juice
  • 10ml of Lemon Juice
  • 300ml of Snapper Mix
  • Olive, Cucumber and Celery Garnish

Method:

  1. Pour 50ml of Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 125ml of smoke tomato juice and 10ml of lemon juice.
  3. Top it off with 30ml of snapper mix.
  4. Roll the shaker in a circular motion... Don't shake.
  5. Pour the mix over ice.
  6. Garnish with olives, cucumber and celery.
