Tobermory 2007 Sherry Finish
This luxuriously sweet dram was distilled in 2007 and began its journey in traditional oak casks before being carefully finished in hand-selected Sherry Butts for a long 22 months. Expect a symphony of dried fruits, creamy caramel and orange.
This limited edition sherry cask finish is a demonstration of our Hebridean island artistry. Originally distilled and filled into whisky refill hogsheads on the 2nd November 2007, it was then finished in sherry butts for 22 months. Non-chill filtered and natural colour like all our single malts.
