Umami Gin Martini

Take your spring cocktail list to another level with this umami-flavoured martini.


  • 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin
  • 15ml of dry sherry
  • A barspoon of Umami Syrup
  • 3 dashes of celery bitters
  • Dehydrated Mushroom Garnish


  1. Simply pour 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 15ml of dry sherry and a barspoon of Umami syrup.
  3.  Finish with 3 dashes of celery bitters.
  4.  Stir with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5.  Garnish with dehydrated mushroom to take your martini to the next level.
