Umami Gin Martini
Take your spring cocktail list to another level with this umami-flavoured martini.
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin
- 15ml of dry sherry
- A barspoon of Umami Syrup
- 3 dashes of celery bitters
- Dehydrated Mushroom Garnish
Method:
- Simply pour 50ml of Tobermory Coast Gin into a mixing glass.
- Add 15ml of dry sherry and a barspoon of Umami syrup.
- Finish with 3 dashes of celery bitters.
- Stir with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated mushroom to take your martini to the next level.
