Description
This distillery exclusive limited edition Tobermory was filled in September, 2007 to mature in whisky refill hogsheads before being transferred into PX sherry hogsheads on the 26th of February 2016 to finish. Like all our single malts, this release is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
Tasting Notes
Colour
Burnt Copper
Nose
Candied fruits, rich sweet raisins and maraschino cherries, with a touch of vanilla and malt.
Palate
Sweet sultana, dried fruit, roasted walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Finish
Long finish with a touch of vanilla sweetness and hints of citrus.
