This distillery exclusive limited edition Tobermory was filled in September, 2007 to mature in whisky refill hogsheads before being transferred into PX sherry hogsheads on the 26th of February 2016 to finish. The result is a sweet, citrusy dram with notes of vanilla, malt and roasted walnuts – delicious!

This limited edition sherry cask finish is a demonstration of our Hebridean island artistry. Originally distilled and filled into whisky refill hogsheads on the 2nd November 2007, it was then finished in sherry butts for 22 months, creating a luxurious sweet, syrupy and fruity dram.
£110.00Our distillery produces the Tobermory gin and two distinct single malts: a non-peated Tobermory and a heavily-peated Ledaig. The two malts are produced using the same stills, wash backs, mash tuns and the same process water but the two are totally different in character due to the malted barley used.
