Jalapeno Bees Knees

Ingredients:
- 50ml of Tobermory Mountain Gin
- 15ml of Honey Syrup
- 25ml of Lemon Juice
- 2 Slices of Jalapeno
Method:
- Pour 50ml of Tobermory Mountain Gin into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 15ml of honey syrup and 25ml of lemon juice.
- Place one of the jalapeno slices in the shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain the mix into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a jalapeno slice for an extra kick of spice.
